Directing the Dems. "On Point" with Tom Ashbrook, WBUR.

This was an interesting, I thought, discussion about the new direction Dems should be following. Two guests on the show were Peter Beinart, editor of the New Republic and David Sirota, director of strategic communications at the Center for American Progress.

I didn't follow all of it, as I was swearing through rush hour traffic, but what I heard was really quite new to me. There was a lot of talk about Progressiveness and Populism, and about hawkishness.
