pug named Florence

I saw a short movie on an artsie/indy film channel a few years ago, and I never caught the name of it.

There was a pug leashed to a tree by a sidewalk. A man came up and untied him, and picked him up. The dog's owner walks up and say asks him why he's touching Flo.

The dog jumps down and runs away, and the owner asks, "Where's Florence? Why were you touching Flo?"

It may sound wierd, but does anyone have any clue what this movie is called?
