Ever walked/ran out of a film - not because it was bad?

It's like a hardcore Thelma and Louise, the two female leads were played by ex-pornstars! I'm very broadminded.....but it was hard to take Crying or Very sad

We get some independent cinema. It's normally only one movie per week in one cinema chain and occasional "festivals" in another one.

What we do have is a number of good video rental sites. But what I meant is that while it might not be impossible to see the movies, most of them just pass right by me.

Joe, that is a shame about not being able to see so much more broad minded cinema. There aren't so many big video / DVD stores here in Lille, so unless it is released on DVD or you saw it at the cinema as a re-release, older movies get spirited away somewhere...

I can certainly understand Sarah your horror. I honestly don't care if people want to do or watch stuff like that, but I have a lower tollerance than my man.

I never walked out on a film, but I wish I had. I'm thinking of Reservoir Dogs. It's about a bunch of horrible, sub-human, evil bastards that no one should care about.
The torture a policeman (as I recall, the only decent human being in the film.) in a brutal scene that was unnecessarily gratuitous. My major point is who the f--k gives a s--t
what happens to these neanderthal ass----s. I felt dirty for having sat through this piece of purient porn.

I never saw it because of the glorification of violence that everyone was giving it.
A bit like that scene in Scarface (is it?) with the guy being chainsawed through the head. Spare me.

They wonder why the world is like it is...
