As to the validity question, does anyone else here in the US recall taking an IQ test in their adult lives? I think I did when in Junior High, but I'm not sure it was reported to the "IQ and the Wealth of Nations" folks.

Ticomaya, I didn't think for a second it was anything other than a joke, I just worded it very badly.

Well, Don. I thought it was hilarious. I had to laugh at Virginia and Florida. Fun stuff.

That would be scary if half the country had IQ's that would nearly qualify them for mental disability.
