i find it impossible to believe that someone can leave their body at will.
i remember reading about a doctor called monroe who was supposed to have
pioneered astral projection in the usa
in the 1950s or 60s has anyone heard
of him ?

That's a little off-topic isn't it?

Just prove it yourself.

I have an envelope taped to a wall in my office. Inside is a piece of paper with one word written on it. Project yourself here, read the note, tell me the word.......

Actually the astral projection isnt their spirit leaving their body, it's their spirit extending from the body. In other words part of it is indeed fixed to remain attatched in their body.

I cant astral project, but I know of people who can.

First, the person that can astral project would have to know where that is at. They could meet you and then have their spirit part to follow you (or someone else) to the place where the taped envelope is at. That's just the basics of what I know about the elect aka children of light (mentioned in the gospels by Jesus) aka astral projecters.

Perhaps you know of people who claim they can.

I fail to see how you can KNOW if you know people who actually can.

Perhaps you can explain that.
