Hi, navigator - I'm sorry to hear that you hate teaching. If that is your "final" assessment of this profession, then, for goodness sakes, find another job as quickly as possible. It's very difficult to do a good job if one hates the job.

However, you must think that there is something to be done to remedy that situation. Otherwise, you wouldn't have posed your question. That said, just exactly what are the "powers that be" asking you to do? How do the other teachers accomplish this request? Have you conferred with any of them? Do you think you can - and want to - do this task?

Do you like the students? Yes, some of them are "a trip." First, figure out what you want. Next, how to go about getting it. And go for it! Good luck!

Hi Charli, things became worse here with everybody because - as I said - the estimation tools have totally changed .Before, things were pretty easy, but not as difficult as now .

Imagine, that as a teacher I have to record everything that I should estimate or evaluate student through.It's like nobody trusts teachers anymore.Do you have such things overthere ?!
