@chai2,
yesterday was glorious around here. We had occasional outbreaks of sunlight and the air was so springlike we could see our pastures trying to"green up" (it was a day like that Frost poem about the two bums who try to get work in late winter)
I was walking around in a long sleeve tee and jeans and worked in the barn cleaning up a lot of drek that livestock always "gift us with" when kept indoors for a month or more.
Caloo Callay!!--I found a power washer that an Amish kid left in a bullpen and it got covered over with hay (all since Sept). I went in to clean out the pens with a bobcat and it was just like an Easter egg hunt in there. All kinds of tools and missing crap got uncovered in a couple of blade loads of compacted hay. (The Amish kids are great workers, just lousy at returning tools to their hanging peg-boards.
OY, Now I gotta clean up the power washer (Its a Honda so I think the engine'll start up pretty easily)
We hqve these teeny jonquils or daffodils peeking out of the soil and my garlic bwds are showing nice growth that continued under the snow
SNOW GONE!!
