I've had gator. I call it swamp chicken.

Conch on the other hand is unbelievably good.

I think the hamsters are getting nervous.

Emu
Kangaroo
Witchetty Grubs

Have also eaten frog legs, snails, buffalo (in outback Oz) and venison.

I've eaten gator, frogs, crawdads, prairie oysters, beaver tail - tastes like pine needles- and jack rabbit ( sorry D) and I've had bear * kinda rubbery*

I didn't particularily like the 'oysters, tasted like Bear! ha ha!
not really, but yeah, they were kind of chewy too.

Squid (my SIL thought they were cute lil onion rings..haha) Twisted Evil

Chicken
Pig/Wild Hog


And I tell most tourist at the cafe that I work out..that the chicken on the stick is actually road killed possum. I have even had some believe me!! LOL :wink:

This bear meat was ground up into hamburger...and had been grilled. I thought it was great!
