I'm a chick of the times, and a christian, and Halloween is..................................................................................................................................................MY FAVORITE HOLIDAY !!!!!

I have freinds that hate it, they ask me how I can let my kids celebrate it, they tell me it's pagan and stuff.

My reply to that is....just about everything we do originates from some sort of paganism. If we're going to get technical, then we can't wear wedding rings, light up christmas trees, kiss under the mistle toe...because it's pagan...give me a break!

Not only do my kids dress up, but me, the 33 yr old mom, dresses up with them...I love The Nightmare Before Christmas and try to look like that chick for Halloween.

For those unsure about it, just focus on the fun of pretending to be something your not, the yummy candy and have fun with it. Don't sweat it.
