why does time go slowly when you are bored and races when you are having enjoyment can time be manipulated?

For me, it's as simple as because you don't think about time when you are enjoying the moment and you do when you are bored.

good point but the other night i was bored out of my skull, i paid no attenion to the passing of time but when i checked the time later i was amazed time had virtually stood still...

I think this is the answer you are looking for
