Read and research the topic carefully, built rough answers for what is asked, develop thesis, start writing the introduction then proceed to the body part, describe the topic as easily as possible, add a conclusion at the end, edit the draft and write the final copy.

I wonder if this thread consists of the OP's college admission sample paper: one long run-on sentence.
First carefully Read and research topic, conceiving a rough response everywhere you think it might be needed; only then proceeding to develop your thesis. Now start introduction before proceeding to body, summarizing topic as easily (?) as possible with any early pertinent comment.
Finally add a conclusion, edit your entire draft, and finally write final copy
