Time series Forecasting

The data indicates consumption pattern of a spare part for last three years.
It is monthly consumption from sep-13 to sep -16. Now I need to forecast its consumption for next 6 months or 1 year. It will have non negative values. It is a very costly part, so having more than required is very costly. Please suggest a suitable model to forecast such random series.
