I'm also tired of the subject, but it still annoys and irks me that Kerry won't sign Form 180 nor will he give any reasons for not doing so. There are many, many other "irregularities" concerning his service that have not been explained, but I'm past the point of ever thinking they will be.
Thanks, Timber, for the explanations. While I will always wonder why other questions haven't been answered, I think I'll concentrate my efforts on those issues I can actually do something about.
