Email updates?

We had a s...l...o...w server yesterday; that may have had something to do with it. Sorry about that. Haven't heard from the hosting company as to why it was slow.

None again today.

I am have trouble with PMs today. I get a notice of a PM arriving in Mircrosoft Outlook and when I click on the link in the message to go to my A2k PM mail there is nothing there.

Thats happened to me a few times, but not the last couple of weeks. I assume that someone has written me a pm, changed their mind and gone back and deleted it before I get to my inbox. Still get the e-mail notification when it is sent, but its gone by the time I get there.

i've had the same thing happen with PMs in the last 2 weeks or so. i get an email message and there's nothing there when i open them.

What Larry said. Plus, it's entirely possible that you're getting late notifications of PMs you've already opened. This is a mail server issue (yours) as opposed to anything else, most likely. That is, your mail server may be holding A2K mail in a queue and then releasing it in a few days. In the meantime you'd already seen the PM and so the notification comes in too late.
