Hello, we received a Christmas card from somebody we weren't expecting and don't know that well. We have already sent out our cards and didn't send them one. I now feel bad. Is it rude if we don't acknowledge their card ? What do you think we should do ?

There is no rule that all cards have to be mailed on the same day.
What´ s the problem? Just send a card.
