In the following sentences, are the verbs (added , had downloaded ) in the correct form?

--He is a really nice guy. I did not know him before the party, but he already added me to his friends list.

--He got in trouble because he had downloaded a lot of music, and his parents had to pay for it all.

Yoo I'd say has or had already depending on its timing

Looks like "downloaded" okay
