Is 100 amp single phase service enough?

I'm considering opening a food service kiosk in a mall. They can only provide 100 amp single phase service AND the service can't be upgraded. Because I'm still assessing the location I haven't yet hired an electrician. Below is a list of the electrical equipment I need to operate, which I calculated to draw 14,700 watts if everything is used all at once. How can I know if the power supply is enough to operate the business? I have conflicting advice from several sources and now I'm stuck. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Primary Power Requirements Amps Volts Watts
Water Heater (under sink) 12.5 120 1500
Sanitizer (under counter) 12.5 120 1500
Chilled Display 5 220 1100
Chilled Display 5 220 1100
Chilled Display 5 220 1100
Ice Cream Freezer (6 bin) 7 220 1540
Commercial Toaster Oven 14 120 1680
Crepe Maker (16") 14.5 120 1740
LED Lighting 3 120 360
LED TV 3 120 360
Mini Display Refrigerator 4 115 460
Under Counter Refrigerator 4 115 460
Coffee Machine 12 120 1440
Cash Register 3 120 360

@eclectical,
The total amp load of your list is 104.5 amps if everything is running at once so you are exceeding the limit of the 100 amp service. I would not like to be running so close to the limits of my service.

The closer you run to the service limit, the higher the chance of popping a circuit breaker and dropping all of you power.

@mesquite,
Mesquite -- appreciate the guidance. Wasn't sure if it was a straight-forward as adding up the amperage of the equipment? This definitely seems like one of those "grey" situations. Hopefully this example is helpful to others who may be trying to estimate their electrical power needs.

@dalehileman,
Yes -- indeed I'm going to need an electrician but was hoping to educate myself a bit on how to size-up my needs when requesting a project. Thanks!

@eclectical,
You are welcome. I just noticed another problem - your chilled displays and ice cream freezer are listed as requiring 220 volts. You will only have 120 volts with single phase service.
