Facebook merge

I merged the old site with the new one, using the new one to start the action. I choosed the option to apply all content to the new one.
After that, only exists the new one with nothing to show. Only "likes".
I tried to send a lot of help requests from both profiles, and nobody says nothing. Where is all the content??? (posts, events, media...)
