Which answer would be correct?
Question: They trucked through more than 2,300 shows, from a 1965 Bay Area pizza parlor gig to a 2015 farewell at Soldier Field
Answer: Who is the Greatful Dead? or Who are the Greatful Dead?
I'll take common grammar mistakes for 400, Alex.
"Who are" because your clue refers to the plural "they" - They trucked through . . ."
If the clue would have said, "This band . . ." then the answer would have been "Who is . . "
