Was Downton Abbey wrong to be made, because Over the Top had already been made?

Have you seen both? What's your opinion of them?
(Over the Top is a reference to the Stallone film)

@Thomas33,
Downton Abbey is a rose tinted bit of nostalgia aimed at perpetuating the class divide. Peaky Blinders is a lot better, gritty, realistic and it doesn't pull any punches.

@izzythepush,
At the end of Over the Top, you see men and women taking part in an arm-wrestling contest; the energy and the appearance and behaviour of the people just got me thinking about Downton Abbey.

@Thomas33,
I've not seen it. I'm not exactly a fan of Stallone.
