I went to a computer shop , looking for a second hand pc to on of my friends .The computer guy , technician , gave me a paper of some computers' features . I'm not in this kind of stuff Very Happy

Could somebody explain these things for me ?

I know things like HDD and AVG ( I guess ). But , what do the numbers mean ?! Rolling Eyes
