The most used freeware, with the most possiblities still is Irfan View - changes of course GIF to JPEG as well :wink:

Why do you want to change from GIF to JPEG?
The reason I ask is that some kinds of images are more suitable to GIF than JPEG. Also, very often some quality is lost in converting from GIF to JPEG.
