Hello, I am a 14 year old girl searching for my father because of medical reasons. I was most likely conceived the week of May 20 - May 28, 2001 in Anderson, Indiana or a nearby area. My mother's first name is Stephanie and it never seemed like a big deal to find out about him, and it seems like to late to ask, aside from that he is not listed on my birth certificate and has never paid child support.
I don't want to really know him, nor do i have a fantasy of meeting his entire family or children, i simply need to know about health issues that run in his family so i can apply for a school.
Any advice or information would be really helpful, thanks!

Go back to talking to your mother. She is the best source as she was there.

Plus, no one is going to keep her out of a school because she doesn't have a medical history of one side of her family.
It's just a form. Write "Unknown" on that part of the form.
