Identification of small landscape oil painting "Randall" in nice frame (vintage)?

Hello forum!

Below are some photos of a small landscape oil painting I believe marked "Randall" in a really nice frame. You can see the dimensions on the back of the one photo:

Came up with quite a few results with "Randall" but very hard to narrow someone down specifically...

Chinese decorator art. Crap frame. Maybe worth up to $100. You're never going to find "Randall", its a pseudonym.

It looks like "Summer" in a four season set.
