The pain in my hip doesn´t go away. It passes from my back and into my groin and doesn´t let me sleep. Now my complete body is paining, specially joints. Is this fibromyalgia or just normal pain?

Fybromyalgia is an un-known illness believed to come from a severe stressful situation including injury. In my opinion it is more fatique, muscle aches. Did you have a fall in that area? Please see a specialist it could be anything and it could be serious
