I know the twelve federal reserve banks can raise funds through open market operations.

I believe the Board of Governors does not receive funding from Congress.

So how does the Board fund itself?

@Builder,
And remember what Bernanke said. Remember when he calmed down the markets and reassured the America people? How he gave us hope for a better future for every man, woman and child? He said in this landmark speech:

I want to assure all Americans-and put their minds at ease during these tough times-that I will never! and I mean NEVER have to pay one single dime of tax on my 200 million dollar fortune.

I hope all American's can rest assured and sleep better with this knowledge!

God bless America!

@mark noble,
mark noble-

Thank you.

I believe https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ocz32wymwDg purports to set forth the actions of the twelve Federal Reserve Banks and of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in particular.

My question concerned only the Federal Reserve Board.

@gollum,
True.
And the Fed-Res board is the Fed-Res.
How can one be seperate from the other?

If you run a background check on the employment-history of those members - You'll start to join the dots.

In fact - I'll take a peek for you, right now.

@gollum,
Hit cfr, right off the bat, with Yellen
Fischer is a banker (Top dog). Bernanke's advisor.
Tarullo, cfr.
Powell, Carlyle gp.

I'm done now - Too many elite institutions popping up.
All roths pawns - They don't need funding - THEY JUST PRINT IT THEMSELVES.

It's okay if you give it a cool name, like quantitative easing. Might be up to the third or fourth round of that guff.

Handouts do kind of become rather addictive on wall street.

Lots of hookers and cocaine to invest in.

No wonder food stamps have to be cut so dramatically all of a sudden.

@Builder,
'Wall St' is the stableboy (groom) in this instance - He knows everything about his horse and a great deal about horses, in general - But, doesn't have a clue about the 'morrows' weather, political-agenda, public opinion, impending war, famine, uprising etc.
Puppets-on-strings.
