Please help me.

I'm looking for this movie title. Don't know any actors name.

All of the story takes place in a house where a couple lives.

It's about a guy who fakes out a distress (I think it was about plane tickets or things like that) as he wants to take advantage of the generosity of the folks that are disposed to help him. He enters there home planing to murder them (if i recall well???)but the situation takes an unpredictable turn for him...... (I don't to spoil I know it's paradoxal lol).
Can't find the title it's making me CRAZYYYYYYYYYYYYY !!!!
Much appreciation for the help in advance...

PS the actor (the murderous ***) looks a lot like tim gray a Variety reporter

Thx very much for the effort, it's not this one. I'll look into it.

I finally found out after 1 good hour of searching. I didn't try the good keywords.
It was a hit when I searched for "movie psychological thriller dance on table" lol.

The name is "The Perfect Host", no couple the man I remembered as the murderous *** is in fact "the perfect host"!
All the memories are coming back now .
It's a good movie.
