Please advise me whether the following sentences are correct. Many thanks.

We refer to the above enquiry case referred by your office on 12 June 2016 and we clearly recognize the suggestions on the addition of sports facilities at our clubhouse from the District Mayor. To well represent our department's stance on the suggestions, enclosed are our past response to a similar type of enquiry case for your reference.
