Figure 6 shows high magnification image of the surface of crack number 1 and white arrow is used to show the direction of propagation. Fatigue crack propagation direction indicate that the crack initiation for crack 1 is torch cut. In order to find root cause of failure, fractugrophy of crack at origin is essential. Since the origin of crack missed, root cause of failure cannot determine.
