Hey, I am doing an assignment on Persephone and the Pomegranate. I had to choose a myth or legend and write about.... The characters, where it came from in the world, explain what the story is about etc etc. If you have any information on this Myth or if you have any ideas for other myths that there might be more information on plz tell me!!! There should be lots of information about this myth; it's one of the more common Greek ones. You could try comparing it to Eve in the Garden of Eden, or, if you're feeling really ambitious, the story of Inanna on the Way from the East to the West.
Or you could just go the normal way and talk about its seasonal implications.
