Are the sentences correct?

Please tell me if the following sentences are correct. Many thanks.

We would like to ask for your clarification over the way we are required to answer the complaint case. The content of the case appear to be split into three separate issues while the heading of the referral e-mail just state regarding the defective tree found at Millennium Road. To avoid any delay in addressing to complainant' concern, please make it clear if we are simply required to make a reply to the heading of the referral e-mail.

To many words.

In your referral email, the content refers to three separate issues but the heading refers to only one, the defective tree found at Millennium Road. Please clarify whether we are to reply to all three or just the one in the heading.

Er, that's 'too many words'. Hasty typing.

@chowbarry,
We'd like clarification how to answer the complaint. Its content appears to be split into three separate issues although its email heading names only the defective tree found at Millennium Road. To avoid any delay in addressing complainants' concern, please make it clear we can reply only to that heading

Tho, Chow, largely guesswork
