Youtube is being sued for copyright infringement...: legal question

Channel Criswell is being sued for one of his educational Youtube video's covering the work of Stanley Kubrick.


There's a couple of unanswered questions: who exactly is suing him (the copyright holders no doubt: the studio or the family trust of Kubrick); where exactly does this guy live/work.

That said, is there some advice beyond asking nearby law firms for possible pro bono help?
