Pregnancy with protected sex on 14th day of menstrual cycle

Hi,
I and my partner had sex yesterday, which happens to be my 14th day of cycle. He tried to insert unprotected first but, I insisted on condom.and then we had protected sex. Do I need to take ipill to rule out any risk? I am very afraid of taking ipill given its effects on the body. Kindly help. Really urgent!
