Art folks here don't always see the thread fast.

Thanks so much. I am graduating with an art history degree, this has been in my parents dining room for years. they don't know much about it. I think it's beautiful and would love to know more.

This is a website with people from all over, some who are interested in art, and know a fair amount re art history, but, as I said, they might not see the question right away.

That looks very familiar to me, but I'm not an art historian, a plain old artist. I do get excited about some painters, but then, over years, I can lose the data in my mind re what I looked at for minutes, on a page or in a museum or church or other venues).
