I happen to be fluent in internet Arabic, and I believe that statement roughly translates to something about humped animals farting on body hair.

O, you guys, you both missed the nuance all together. It's specific and says two-humped animals urinating in zig zags over tufts of billowing bodily hair. That's what you get from trying to read it through Google!

Are you sure it doesn't say

'you can spool some of the people, some of the sublime, and you can tool all the people in the presence of a mime, but you can't use any of your bodily functions or you are going to get animal hair all over your tomfoolery.'
