I have created a Page on which I can only publish. I would like to change it so that any member can publish. I wonder if the Page needs to be instead a Group. I would be grateful for any information.

Yes, it would need to be a group.

You can change the settings to allow anyone to post to your page as far as I remember, you shouldn't need a group for that (though a group might be a better tool for your intended use).

Well, you can do it with a page but it kind of defeats the purpose of a page, I feel. You may not be able to allow anyone to make a new post, just reply to a preexisting one created by an admin.
