I am teaching myself arabic, can somebody help me with the vocalization? ( and give an explanation) ?هل يوجد طبيب هنا وجد هنا مستوصف و فيه طبيب جيد

A little late but the sentence doesnt make sense. Its supposed to be two questions I think. The first, "is there a doctor here" and the second, "can a good doctor be found in the clinic."

You need to listen to really learn. Yu, mu, and tu are pronounced with a long u. Capital letters are hard sounds. S is kinda like the Ts in Tsar. T is harder to explain, but put your tongue on the roof of your mouth and front of teeth with more pressure
