I've encountered this (highlighted in red print) more than once - Some of my (Vodka-based) shite has ended up in (red) also.
What does it mean?
Guessing - Not Suitable For .......???
Women? Wombats? Worms?
Please enlighten me.

Essentially a warning that adult content of some sort is in the thread. It could be written, visual or audio and it may be in only 1 post within an entire thread.

I'd go with 'NSFM' 'Not suitable for minors'.
The idea isn't about protecting minors,, it's so that people who are checking in while at work know not to go on a particular thread that uses language etc for which they might get in trouble.
