Best way to paint wooden legs in two color tones

Hello,

Anybody can advise me how to paint the wooden stool, table, chair's leg ( round shape, rectangular shape) in 2 tones of color?

I can't use the tape as it cost a lot of time in mass production, thanks so much!

Dipping into paint? with the light color first.

Yes, dipping into paint, this is my mean. It's easy for my factory to paint samples in small quantity, but if mass production, I'm afraid this will be a problem.
