We always make some English usage mistakes, and not idiomatic at all. How can non-native speakers speak English well?

Read contemporary novels. Read plays, especially, because plays are full of people talking to one another. When you've done that, read some more. Then read some more--don't read the crap people post online, read actual books that are written for people to amuse them, to inform them, to make them think, to make them happy, to make them sad. Then, when you're done, read some more books.

Get an English native speaker as a boyfriend/girlfriend.
It worked wonders for me four decades + ago.

Listen to English-language radio if you can.

I think http://www.bbc.co.uk/learningenglish is the very best site out there. Hopefully you can access it.

It's quite wonderful as it has sections where you can listen to current news reports and then study the content.
