I was cleaning my basement for mold while not wearing any protection, now that i have finished i realize that some got in my nose, and if i blow my nose black mold is seen. I wasnt very cautious i was dumb, but i want to know is this dangerous, can this create health problems with my respiration. Thank you.
Mold tends to be heavy. Most likely, it's dust or airborne dirt. When I garden, I see the dirt when I blow my nose, too.
