I assume it's a new spam type post as well, but in case it isn't, there are many magazines, usually produced monthly, that are devoted to photographing and explaining various home designs, including interiors.

I still get special subscription mailers from Architectural Digest.

@Syedzuhair,
I find that a higher interior designer is very good for the upstairs, but not so good downstairs.

A lower interior designer is required for the ground floor.

@Lordyaswas,
But as for tailoring the furniture, I would ask someone sitting in tailor style in Savile Row, or the tailor of Gloucester.

If you by tailor the furniture mean they have to fit into a certain space go to IKEA. It is cheap, you can put them together yourself and you can get things to fit in the rooms. Some of it is junk and just last a few years.
If you want good furniture get a carpenter to do what you need.
If you live in a small apartment and really need lots of stove away space - go to
a firm which makes yachts. They have perfect furniture for small areas and very good quality.
An interrior decoratore will do a wonderful job - if that person does the job according to your taste and needs not according to his/hers.
