I'm finishing up a paper, and need to compare a group on whether they are more likely to volunteer based on age, gender, and their student job type. What is a recommended test to accomplish this? Thank you!!

What makes you think there's a test? I believe volunteers come from all walks of life. It may be that those in the social and/or public services industry are more likely to volunteer, but that's just a guess on my part.
