So somebody reported my page as a fake name so i downloaded an id maker to try and keep my fake name on there..then they locked my account until they can "investigate" is there anyway i can get my facebook back? All i need is the pictures off of there is there anyone i can contact??? Please help

You used a fake name on Facebook, downloaded software to try to keep that fake name, and now you're wondering why Facebook, which has a real names policy, is pissed at you?
Confirm your identity with an ID:

And drop the idea of using a fake name at all.
