How can we get rid of "You've got mail."

I've tried everything, but can't get rid of it. ADMIN: please HELP!

Scroll down the list and make sure there isn't one in there that you haven't actually opened. Wait! I'm not ADMIN.

that would be an unread PM.

go to your Inbox (link next to your name, upper right hand corner), and look for PM's you haven't opened yet...

edit - Region's got that - pm (sometimes you have to search your pm's to find old unread ones that are below new ones you've read)
