Daniels wrote and recorded "This Ain't No Rag, It's a Flag" after the Sept. 11 terror attacks. It became a country hit, but critics said it refers to a slur against Arabs.

Can't imagine why anyone who wears a turban might find that offensive. Ol' Charlie seems to have a point there, why would any patriot find it necessary to debase their flag by turning it into a clothing item?........

Do the "Good Guys" really live here though.

I've seen a lot of articles that seem to imply that the world sees us as the "Bad Guys"

Of course Daniels, like Keieth is aiming at the heart of "Flyover Country".
