I don't think so, Oris. There's not much context here but it looks to me like it simply means either:

1. Dorian has gotten over what happened (something disturbing) last night, or

2. Dorian visited (came over) last night.

That was my initial thought too, but then I got the impression that Dorian was a young, dying boy who wasn't going places at night.
