The really great Shumskies would hqve a layer of almost solid sweetened sour cream on the top(the sour cream would rise from the mix I guess (I newver made em, but I ate my share)
QTlantic City was the home of the Shumsky. New York, they tried to lure em up there, Shumsky didnt like the noise and smell.
