I failed to find the expression out (the expression is used when a young woman, for example, in the street, being touched intentionally by a man, cries to warm the people around that she's harassed sexually. In China the young woman would cry "fei li" (being illegally harassed).
What is the expression that young woman would use in the West (e.g. America)?
It is a cure-all cry for anything urgent and dangerous, far from being specific as the equivalent of the Chinese phrase "fei li", which specifically refers to a situation in which a woman, especially a young woman, is molested.

She may scream or holler.
She may yell for help.
She may say quietly or yell, **** you get away from me, asshole.
She may hit him before saying anything.
This all depends on the woman who is harassed and the environment she lives in.
There was a time when coins were relatively rare and were only minted in larger denominations. To "make change" people would cut a full $1 coin in half. Or they might cut a half a coin in half. Or they might cut 1/4 of a coin in half. Once they got down to that, they had a "bit," and further slicing was impractical, so that's where it ended.
Well, it could kinda mean that, in some contexts, yeah.
When someone wants to demean something as cheap, or inferior, they might, for example, use "two-bit" as an adjective. Like "two-bit whore," for example.
Cop to woman: Your husband claims you assaulted him. What's your story?
Woman: Yeah, that's right. He called me a two-bit whore, so I hit him.
Cop: What did you hit him with?
Woman: A sack of quarters.

So, one bit = 1/8 of one dollar.
Well, from your elusive explanation, "That's gunna be four bits, perv" might mean something obscene. Does it mean "you're worth damn ****, you perv!"?
