Can I wear this jacket to a wedding?

I have to go to a number of weddings this year, and I was given this jacket earlier in the year and have never found an appropriate time to wear it.

Would this jacket with grey wool trousers, a white shirt, a tie and loafers be appropriate for a wedding (in March)? I own a number of suits, but I really want to find an occasion to wear this jacket...
